Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, anywhere in the country. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before it ships.

The driver calls the mobile number on the order before arriving, so keep it reachable on the delivery day.

Returns

You can return anything unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, contact us with your order number and we will agree the pickup or drop-off together.

Payment

Pay in cash when your order arrives — nothing is paid online, so no card or bank details ever pass through this site.

Your details

We keep what is needed to deliver your parcel and nothing more: your name, phone number and address, and your orders. There is no tracking and no advertising, and we never sell your details.

You can close your account yourself — Account, then Close account, in the app or on this site. The full policy says what is kept and for how long.
