Close your account
You can close your ALL IN account whenever you like, from the app or from this website. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleted for good: your name, phone number, address, date of birth, your sign-in, your basket, and the devices set up to notify you about orders.
What the shop keeps
Kept: the orders you have already placed, including the name and address each one was delivered to. They are the shop's record of the sale and its accounts are built on them. They no longer point to you, and you will no longer be able to see them.
How to close it
- In the ALL IN app: open Account, then Close account.
- On this website: sign in, open Account, then Close account. The button below goes straight there.
Cannot sign in?
If you have lost your password and cannot sign in, message us and we will close the account for you. Please write from the phone number the account uses, so we know it is yours.
